Parkhurst, Isle-of-Wight : A new security block has been built at Parkhurst prison, at an estimated cost of 15000 livres. It will accommodate up to 20 prisoners who are regaded as special security risks. This picture shows of the closed circuit television cameras which scan the wall. The number on the wall are for location purposes. 3rd february 1966
